Should I switch to cs6 or stay with animate cc 2021

If you're happy with what you have there's no real reason to switch back. Personally I use Flash 8 and CS6. No need to upgrade, but if you already have the upgrade then...
All versions of Flash probably have a certain set of bugs too, but if CC really is worse then yeah I've never had huge trouble with the earlier ones. Just the occasional quirk.
Like with 8 the whole drawing occasionally disappearing when you draw another line over it. Nothing a CTRL+Z doesn't fix though...

Animate cc has more option and more updated but, I literally don't really stayed in CS6 that long bc there's no "Zoom size with stage" which you can have same pen pressure when you zoom in. I don't know how to answer this. It's up to you I guess! they both work the same (for me) sorry If It doesn't help
